Deck 1 - Highlights

Bridge Complex: the nerve center of the ship surrounded by work and meeting areas and dramatic locations. Clockwise from the top: Main Bridge, Starboard Lounge and Bridge Crew Locker Room, First Officer's Ready Room, Bridge Conference Room, Captain's Ready Room, Port Lounge and Bridge Crew Locker Room. Aft of the Ready Rooms are the Junior Bridge Officers' Workrooms. Outboard corridors connect the Bridge directly to the Senior Officers' Wardroom and Operations Offices on Deck 3. In addition to the familiar components of a Star Trek command center, the Bridge features an expanded set of aft engineering consoles, reflecting the experimental nature of the ship's propulsion systems, and a dramatic bank of windows directly forward in the bow of the compartment, its main viewer — and many other displays — being projected holographically.

Aft Axial Corridor: The Bridge Complex connects directly to the upper deck of the Shuttle Bay via an aft axial corridor which also provides access to the deck's lifeboats.
